Reimbursable Services definition

Reimbursable Services are the services specifically identified in Paragraph 10.2.2 that are provided by the Contractor in conjunction with the delivery of Pre-Construction Services under this Agreement.
Reimbursable Services has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.4 of the Management Agreement.
Reimbursable Services means services determined by the Commissioner to be necessary for the Project as set forth in the Agreement.
