Examples of Reimbursement in a sentence
Reimbursement for prescribed drugs covered by the plan will be based on the cost of the lowest priced therapeutically equivalent generic version of the drug, unless there is a documented adverse reaction to the generic drug or unless the beneficiary’s doctor stipulates that the generic drug is not an alternative, in which case the reimbursement will be for the prescribed drug.
The Advisor acknowledges that in the event the Collateral available in the Collateral Account is insufficient to cover the full cost of any Fund Reimbursement Payment or Liquidation Expenses (“Collateral Shortfall”), the Fund shall retain the right to receive from the Advisor any costs of any Fund Reimbursement Payment or Liquidation Expenses in excess of the value of the Collateral.
Reimbursement shall be made after presentation of proper receipts and upon completion of the course with at least a “C” grade or its equivalent.
District reimbursement shall not exceed $800 per vest, per employee (via the existing Protective Vest Reimbursement process currently used for sworn personnel).
The Advisor retains its right to receive in future years on a rolling three year basis, reimbursement of any Fund Reimbursement Payments paid by the Advisor pursuant to this Agreement, if such reimbursement can be achieved within the Operating Expense Limitations listed in Appendix A.
