Examples of Reimbursement in a sentence
Subject to the foregoing, the Reimbursement Amount shall equal, at any time, the sum of all advisory fees previously waived or reduced by the Manager and all other payments remitted by the Manager to a Fund pursuant to this Agreement within three (3) years from the date on which such advisory fees were waived or reduced or other payments remitted, less any reimbursement previously paid by the Fund to the Manager with respect to such waivers, reductions, and payments.
The Advisor acknowledges that in the event the Collateral available in the Collateral Account is insufficient to cover the full cost of any Fund Reimbursement Payment or Liquidation Expenses, the Fund shall retain the right to receive from the Advisor any costs in excess of the value of the Collateral.

To determine a Fund’s accrual, if any, to reimburse the Adviser for the Reimbursement Amount, each month the Fund Operating Expenses of the Fund shall be annualized as of the last day of the month.
The Reimbursement Amount shall not include any additional charges or fees whatsoever, including, e.g., interest accruable on the Reimbursement Amount.
