Reimbursement; Other Matters. Except to the extent otherwise contemplated by any Ancillary Agreement, a party providing Records or access to information to the other party under this Article IV shall be entitled to receive from the recipient, upon the presentation of invoices therefor, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses, as may be reasonably incurred in providing such Records or access to information.
Reimbursement; Other Matters. Except to the extent otherwise contemplated by this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, a Party providing Information or access to Information to the other Party under this Article VII shall be entitled to receive from the recipient, upon the presentation of invoices therefor, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses (which shall not include the costs of salaries and benefits of employees of such Party or any pro rata portion of overhead or other costs of employing such employees which would have been incurred by such employees’ employer regardless of the employees’ service with respect to the foregoing), as may be reasonably incurred in providing such Information or access to such Information.

Except to the extent otherwise contemplated by any Ancillary Agreement, a party providing Records or access to information to the other party under this Article VI shall be entitled to receive from the recipient, upon the presentation of invoices therefor, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses, as may be reasonably incurred in providing such Records or access to information.

Except to the extent otherwise contemplated by this Agreement (including Section 6.3) or any Ancillary Agreement, a Party providing, or causing to be provided, Information or access to Information to another Party (or a member of such Party’s Group) under this Article IX shall be entitled to receive from the recipient, upon the presentation of invoices therefor, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses (which shall not include the costs of salaries and benefits of employees of such Party or any other member of its Group or any pro rata portion of overhead or other costs of employing such employees which would have been incurred by such employees’ employer regardless of the employees’ service with respect to the foregoing), as may be reasonably incurred in providing such Information or access to such Information.

Except to the extent otherwise contemplated by this Agreement, any Ancillary Agreement or any Continuing Arrangement, a Party providing Information or access to Information to the other Party under this ARTICLE VIII shall be entitled to receive from the recipient, upon the presentation of invoices therefor, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses, as may be reasonably incurred in providing such Information or access to such Information.

(i) Except to the extent otherwise specifically identified by the Distribution Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, a party providing Records or access to information to the other party under this Section 13 shall be entitled to receive from the recipient, upon the presentation of invoices therefore, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses, as may be reasonably incurred in providing such Records or access to information.
(ii) The parties hereto shall comply with those document retention policies, cost sharing arrangements, expense reimbursement procedures and request procedures as shall be established and agreed to in writing by their respective authorized officers on or prior to the Distribution Date in respect of Records and related matters.

(a) Except to the extent otherwise contemplated by any Ancillary Agreement, a party providing Records or access to information to the other party under this Article III shall be entitled to receive from the recipient, upon the presentation of invoices therefor, payments for such amounts relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses as are reasonably incurred in providing such Records or access to information.
(b) The parties hereto shall comply with those document retention policies set forth in Schedule 3.3(b) hereto or established and agreed to in writing by their respective authorized officers on or prior to the Effective Time in respect of Records and related matters.

Reimbursement; Other Matters. (a) Except to the extent otherwise contemplated by any Ancillary Agreement and except as limited by any indemnification obligation set forth in this Distribution Agreement, a party providing Records or access to information or properties under this Article IV shall be entitled to receive from the recipient, upon the presentation of invoices therefor, payments for such amounts, relating to supplies, disbursements and other out-of-pocket expenses, as may be reasonably incurred in providing such Records or access to information or properties.
(b) The parties hereto shall comply with those document retention policies as shall be set forth in Schedule 4.3(b) hereto.
