REIT Charter definition

REIT Charter. The Articles of Incorporation of First Industrial filed with the Department of Assessments and Taxation of the State of Maryland on August 10, 1993, as the same may be amended or restated and in effect from time to time.

REIT Charter means the charter of the Company.

  • In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any provision of the REIT Charter, the applicable provision of this Agreement shall control, to the extent permitted by law.
