REIT Group means a collective reference to the REIT Guarantor and its Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, the Excluded Entities).

• Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 4.11, no representation or warranty is made by Belpointe REIT with respect to information or statements made in the Form S-4, which information or statements were not supplied by or on behalf of the Belpointe REIT Group.
