Related Account definition

Related Account means an Account with respect to which a new credit account number has been issued by the applicable Account Owner or Servicer or the applicable Transferor under circumstances resulting from a lost or stolen credit card and not requiring standard application and credit evaluation procedures under the Credit Card Guidelines.
Related Account means an Account with respect to which a new account number has been issued by the applicable Account Owner or the Servicer (a)(i) resulting from a lost or stolen credit or charge card relating to such Account (if such Account is a credit or charge card account) or (ii) under circumstances not requiring the standard application and credit evaluation procedures under the Credit Guidelines applicable to such Account, and (b) that can be traced or identified by reference to or by way of Schedule 1 to this Agreement and the computer or other records of the applicable Account Owner or the Servicer.
Related Account means an Account under which a new credit account number or a new account identifier has been issued to the Servicer or the Seller under circumstances resulting from a lost or stolen credit card relating to such Account and not requiring standard application and credit evaluation procedures.

  • The Servicer covenants and agrees hereby to deliver to the Trustee, within a reasonable time period after it receives notice that a Related Account has been created, but in any event not later than 15 days after the end of the month within which it receives notice that such Related Account has been created, a notice specifying the new account number for such Related Account.

Related Account means any account held by the Customer and maintained with the Bank, which is nominated by the Customer as such to the Bank and stated in the Application Form or subsequently through written instruction(s), online registration(s) or other methods as prescribed by and accepted by the Bank from time to time to be the subject of Cyberbanking provided that the Bank may at its option, cancel or suspend the provision of Cyberbanking in respect of any of the Related Account(s);
