Related Action definition

Related Action means Xxxx Xxxxx v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., No. 2:14-cv-02208-PKH (W.D. Ark.).
Related Action means the Federal Trade Commission’s investigation of the acquisition by Renown Health of Reno Heart Physicians and its employment of most Reno Heart cardiologists, and subsequent action, In the Matter of Renown Health, pursuant to its administrative process against Renown Health resulting in an Order to Suspend Enforcement of Renown Non-Compete and a Decision and Order.
Related Action means the Related Action as defined in Schedule A and includes any action subsequently consolidated into the Related Action.

Related Action means any judicial or administrative action brought by a State or local agency or entity based on the original information provided by a whistleblower to the Comptroller under this subtitle.

Related Action. MEANS ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING (INCLUDING COUNTERCLAIMS), WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AT LAW OR IN EQUITY, OR OTHERWISE, BROUGHT BY ANY PARTY OR OTHERWISE INVOLVING ANY OR ALL OF THE PARTIES, IN CONNECTION WITH ANY MATTER(S) WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THIS NOTE, ANY LOAN DOCUMENT, ANY DOCUMENT OR INSTRUMENT IN CONNECTION HEREWITH OR THEREWITH, THE LOAN, ANY OTHER TRANSACTION CONTEMPLATED HEREBY OR THEREBY, THE RELATIONSHIP OR DEALINGS AMONG ANY OR ALL OF THE PARTIES, ANY ACTION OR INACTION BY ANY PARTY, OR ANY CLAIM OF INJURY OR DAMAGE.
Related Action means a private action by or on behalf of one or more plaintiffs or an enforcement action by another governmental agency brought against Defendant based on substantially the same facts alleged in the Plaintiffs’ Complaint.
Related Action means any action previously filed, threatened to be filed, or filed in the future in any state or federal court asserting claims and/or alleging facts substantially similar to those asserted and alleged in this Action, including but not limited to the Xxxxxx Action.
