Related Assets definition

Related Assets. Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.
Related Assets means all dividends, interest and other monies payable in respect of the Shares and all other rights, benefits and proceeds (including the proceeds from any sale of the Shares following an enforcement of this Pledge and, in particular, any proceeds that may not immediately be used to discharge Secured Obligations) in respect of or derived from the Shares (whether by way of redemption, liquidation, bonus, preference, option, substitution, conversion or otherwise) except to the extent these constitute Shares.
Related Assets means, with respect to any Receivable (i) all related rights and remedies under or in connection with the applicable Contract, including bills of lading, bills of exchange, promissory notes and accessions, (ii) all guaranties, suretyships, letters of credit, security, liens and other arrangements supporting payment thereof, (iii) all applicable Sales Records (including electronic records), (iv) all related insurance, and (v) all proceeds of the foregoing.

  • Except for the Initial Assets and Related Assets, and any rights arising under the Related Documents and the Lease Documents, the Initial Asset Trusts have no other assets.
