Related Claims definition

Related Claims means all Claims for Wrongful Acts based upon, arising out of, resulting from, or in any way involving the same or related facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events or the same or related series of facts, circumstances situations, transactions or events, whether related logically, causally or in any other way.
Related Claims means all Claims for Wrongful Acts that have as a common nexus any fact, circumstance, situation, event, transaction, cause or series of related facts, circumstances, situations, events, transactions or causes.
Related Claims means all Claims for Wrongful Acts based upon, arising from, or in consequence of the same or related facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events or the same or related series of facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events.

  • If Related Claims are subsequently made against any Insured and timely reported to the Company during this group policy or any renewal of this group policy, all such Related Claims, whenever made, shall be considered a single Claim first made within the Individual Policy Period in which the earliest of the Related Claims was first made.

Related Claims means all claims or causes of action (whether in contract or tort, in law or in equity, or granted by statute or otherwise) that may be based upon, arise out of or relate to this Agreement, the Related Documents and any other document or instrument delivered pursuant to this Agreement or the Related Documents, or the negotiation, execution, termination, validity, interpretation, construction, enforcement, performance or nonperformance of this Agreement or the Related Documents or otherwise arising from the Transactions or the relationship between the parties (including any claim or cause of action based upon, arising out of or related to any representation or warranty made in or in connection with, or as an inducement to enter into, this Agreement or the Related Documents).
