Related Exchange means each exchange or quotation system where trading has a material effect (as determined by the Calculation Agent) on the overall market for futures or options contracts relating to the FTSE 100, including any transferee or successor to any such exchange or quotation system or any substitute exchange or quotation system to which trading in futures or options contracts relating to the FTSE 100 has temporarily relocated (provided that the Calculation Agent has determined that there is comparable liquidity relative to
Related Exchange means, in respect of a Share, an exchange in respect of which futures contracts, forward contracts or options contracts are traded in respect of the Share and through which Royal Bank expects to effect, directly or indirectly, transactions to hedge its position in respect of the Notes.
Related Exchange means any exchange or quotation system on which futures, options or other similar instruments related to the Shares are listed or traded from time to time.

Examples of Related Exchange in a sentence

  • Scheduled Trading Day: Any day on which: (i) the Index Sponsor is scheduled to publish the level of the Index; and (ii) the Related Exchange is scheduled to be open for trading for its regular trading session.
