Related Financial Product definition

Related Financial Product means any financial product which references directly or indirectly the Preference Shares.
Related Financial Product means any financial product the return on which is dependent on the value of the Preference Shares;
Related Financial Product means any financial product whose value in whole or in part is determined directly or indirectly by the price of AIM securities or securities being admitted to trading including a contract for difference or a fixed odds bet.

Related Financial Product means any financial product whose value in whole or in part is determined directly or indirectly by the price of AIM securities or securities being admitted to trading on AIM, including any contract for differences or any other contract, the purpose of which is to secure a profit or avoid a loss by reference to fluctuations in the price of any securities, or a fixed odds bet.

  • Financial Product means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity.

  • Investment product means a financial instrument (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(15) of MiFID II) or a structured deposit (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(43) of MiFID II).

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
