Related Financing Documents means the Commodities Purchase Facility Documents, the Second Lien Commodities Purchase Facility Documents and the Holdings Commodities Purchase Facility Documents,
Related Financing Documents means, collectively, the Senior Subordinated Notes, the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture, the Senior Subordinated Convertible Notes, the Senior Subordinated Convertible Note Indenture and all other agreements or instruments delivered pursuant to or in connection with any of the foregoing including any purchase agreement or registration rights agreement.
Related Financing Documents means, collectively, the Stock Purchase Agreement, and the Fifth Amended Investors Rights Agreement , the Standstill Agreement and the Voting Agreement (in each case as defined in the Stock Purchase Agreement).
