Related Financing Documents means the Commodities Purchase Facility Documents, the Second Lien Commodities Purchase Facility Documents and the Holdings Commodities Purchase Facility Documents,
Related Financing Documents means, collectively, the Senior Subordinated Notes, the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture, the Senior Subordinated Convertible Notes, the Senior Subordinated Convertible Note Indenture and all other agreements or instruments delivered pursuant to or in connection with any of the foregoing including any purchase agreement or registration rights agreement.
Related Financing Documents means, collectively, the Stock Purchase Agreement, and the Fifth Amended Investors Rights Agreement , the Standstill Agreement and the Voting Agreement (in each case as defined in the Stock Purchase Agreement).
Examples of Related Financing Documents in a sentence
On the Effective Date, the Parties shall execute, deliver and perform (to the extent applicable) the Stock Purchase Agreement and Related Financing Documents.

Related Financing Documents means all documents and certificates relating to the issuance or payment of Bonds, including any documents entered into in connection with any Credit Facility (as defined in the Indenture) or any hedging transactions.

Related Financing Documents means, collectively, the Subordinated Debt Indentures, the Subordinated Indebtedness, the Senior Debt Indentures, the Senior Indebtedness and all other agreements or instruments delivered pursuant to or in connection with any of the foregoing including any purchase agreement or registration rights agreement.
