Related Lease definition

Related Lease means the master lease, dated as of the date of this Agreement, between the Affiliated Borrower, as lessor, and Lessee, as lessee, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time. The Related Lease provides for the lease of certain real property and equipment owned by the Affiliated Borrower.

Related Lease means each lease agreement in effect from time to time with respect to a Related Aircraft, or any of them.

• If Tenant or any Related Lease Affiliate becomes subject to any reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) during the Term, it shall concurrently deliver to Landlord such reports as are delivered pursuant to applicable securities laws.

• Whenever, and as often as, Landlord has applied any portion of the Security Deposit to cure Tenant’s default hereunder, or under any Related Lease, Tenant shall, within ten (10) business days after Notice from Landlord, deposit additional money with Landlord sufficient to restore the Security Deposit to the full amount then required to be deposited with Landlord and Tenant’s failure to do so shall constitute an Event of Default without any further Notice.

• Upon the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default hereunder or a Related Lease Event of Default, LESSOR may use all or any part of the Security Deposit, in addition to the Related Security Deposit, together with all interest accrued thereon, in the manner provided for in this Lease.

• Upon the termination of the Lease with respect to the Aircraft, provided LESSEE has complied with Section 17 hereof and no Default or Related Lease Default has occurred and is continuing, all Reserves held by LESSOR and not used to reimburse LESSEE for Covered Maintenance shall become the property of LESSEE.

• To the extent the Basic Rent is adjusted downward for such period and provided no Default or Related Lease Default has occurred and is continuing, LESSOR shall pay LESSEE the Rent Adjustment on the later of the Expiration Date or the date on which LESSEE has complied with all provisions hereof.

Related Lease means the fifteen aircraft lease agreements of Embraer model EMB-145LR aircraft that have been or shall be entered into in years 2000 and 2001 between the Trust Company as trustee of a trust the beneficiary of which is GECC or an Affiliate of GECC, as lessor, and the Lessee, as lessee, in substantially the form of the Lease, each when executed and delivered by such parties.
