Related Policies. The University of Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx has system-wide guaranteed admission agreements in effect with all Virginia Community Colleges and with Xxxxxxx Xxxxx College. Those agreements are designed for students who wish to transfer to UMW’s Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree programs and their terms differ from this agreement. HISTORY: * Origination Date: July 1, 2014 * Approved by: UMW President and Germanna Community College President * Approval Date: August 11, 2014 * Effective Date: February 1, 2015 * Review Process: (How is this policy reviewed to ensure that it is effective? By whom? How often?) Germanna Community College will designate officials who will be responsible for all aspects of this agreement at GCC. The University of Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx will designate individuals responsible for all aspects of this agreement at UMW. The Vice President for Academic Affairs and Student Services, or a designee, will represent GCC. The Associate Xxxxxxx for Academic Affairs, or a designee, will represent UMW. The University of Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx and GCC will review and evaluate this agreement every five years to make adjustments, as deemed appropriate, to maintain its integrity and effectiveness, ensure that the agreement continues to meet the mission of the two institutions, and improve the transfer process.   • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).
