Related Security definition

Related Security means, with respect to any Receivable:

Related Security means, for any Receivable, (i) the security interest in the related Financed Vehicle, (ii) any rights to any proceeds from claims on any related Insurance Policy or refunds in connection with extended service agreements relating to such Receivable (if such Receivable became a Defaulted Receivable after the Cut-Off Date), (iii) any other property securing such Receivable and (iv) all proceeds of the foregoing.

Related Security with respect to any Dealer Loan includes all rights arising under such Dealer Loan which rights are attributable to advances made under such Dealer Loan as the result of such Dealer Loan being secured by an Open Pool on the date such Dealer Loan was sold and Dealer Loan Contracts being added to such Open Pool.

Related Security means, with respect to any Receivable, all guaranties, indemnities, insurance and other agreements (including the related Receivable File) or arrangement and other collateral of whatever character from time to time supporting or securing payment of such Receivable or otherwise relating to such Receivable.

Related Security means with respect to any Timeshare Loan, (i) all of the Issuer’s interest in the Timeshare Property arising under or in connection with the related Mortgage, if any, Owner Beneficiary Rights, Vacation Points and the related Timeshare Loan Files, (ii) all other security interests or liens and property subject thereto from time to time purporting to secure payment of such Timeshare Loan, together with any Mortgages, signed by the Club Trustee on behalf of an Obligor describing any collateral securing such Timeshare Loan, (iii) all guarantees, insurance and other agreements or arrangements of whatever character from time to time supporting or securing payment of such Timeshare Loan, (iv) any assignments of Mortgages and any financing statements, and (v) all other security and books, records and computer tapes relating to the foregoing.

Related Security shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Asset Purchase Agreement.
