Related Software definition

Related Software means, with respect to a Work, any other software, libraries or other code (or a portion of any of the foregoing) in each case that is incorporated into or includes, relies on, is linked to or with, is derived from in any manner (in whole or in part), or is distributed with such Work.

Related Software has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Open License Terms”.

Related Software means availability management and other software operated by ITA in connection with the provision of pricing and shopping results to Customers as of the date of the Complaint herein.

More Definitions of Related Software

Related Software means NetWolves' software described in Exhibit D which is an integral part of the Equipment.

Related Software means software provided by Dell in connection with the Dell APEX Service for the sole purpose of enabling Customer to use the Dell APEX Service. Related Software may include development software and tools, and software to be installed on end user devices for the purpose of using the Dell APEX Service. Related Software excludes software that Dell makes available under separate terms or pursuant to a separate agreement.

Related Software has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Public Software”.

Related Software means any Software other than Owned Software that, in the Ordinary Course, any Acquired Company has incorporated into, redistributes with, or has used to develop, any Software licensed under any Outbound License Agreement.

Related Software means the software programs developed and owned by Nu Skin and described in such Exhibit A. “Distributor” shall mean an independent contractor who has signed a Distributor Agreement with Nu Skin Enterprises United States, Inc., Nu Skin Canada, Inc. or their affiliate. Capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Signature Page.

Related Software means any proprietary software development tools, software libraries, rendering engines, content and other software or computer programming code, including all program output in the form of screen displays, printer output, plotter output and sounds that are part thereof relating to the Scanner that are in existence and owned by Nu Skin as of the Ettective Date, and in which Nu Skin shall retain all authorship and ownership rights, title and interest, subject to the licensing rights granted to you under the Agreement.
