Related Software definition

Related Software means, with respect to a Work, any other software, libraries or other code (or a portion of any of the foregoing) in each case that is incorporated into or includes, relies on, is linked to or with, is derived from in any manner (in whole or in part), or is distributed with such Work.
Related Software has the meaning set forth in the definition ofOpen License Terms”.
Related Software means availability management and other software operated by ITA in connection with the provision of pricing and shopping results to Customers as of the date of the Complaint herein.
