Related Transactions Documents means the Loan Documents and all other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the Related Transactions.

Related Transactions Documents means, collectively, (a) the Loan Documents, (b) the Revolving Subordinated Note, (c) the “Loan Documents” under and as defined in the Inventory Facility Credit Agreement, (d) the Borrower Subordinated Documents, (e) the Receivables Sale Agreement, (f) the Receivables Transfer Agreements and (g) all other material agreements, instruments, and documents executed and delivered in connection with the Receivables Facility Transactions.

Related Transactions Documents means the Loan Documents and the Acquisition Agreement.

Related Transactions Documents means the Loan Documents, the Contribution Agreement and Plan of Reorganization, the Senior Note Indenture, the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture and all other agreements and instruments executed and delivered in connection with the Related Transactions.

Related Transactions Documents means the Loan Documents, the Disclosure Documents, any agreement executed with any underwriter for the purchase or sale of securities in connection with the IPO, and the Acquisition Agreements.

Related Transactions Documents means the initial borrowing under the Commitments on the Closing Date, the Mergers, contributions and other transactions to occur under the Contribution Agreement and Plan of Reorganization, the Refinancing, the issuance of the Senior Notes, the issuance of the Senior Subordinated Notes and the related preferred and common units, the payment of all fees, costs and expenses associated with all of the foregoing and the execution and delivery of all of the Related Transactions.

Related Transactions Documents means the Mid-Missouri Acquisition Agreement, the Restructuring Documents, the Initial IDS Documents and the Loan Documents, and all other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the Related Transactions.

Related Transactions Documents means the Loan Documents, the Merger Documents, the Escrow Agreement, the Contingent Payment Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Acquisition Note, the Holdings Stockholder Agreement, the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Restated Certificate and all other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the Related Transactions. Release means any release, threatened release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, escape, injection, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, dumping, leaching or migration of Hazardous Material in the indoor or outdoor environment, including the movement of Hazardous Material through or in the air, soil, surface water, ground water or property. Replacement Lender has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.19(a). Requisite Lenders means Lenders having (a) more than 50% of the Commitments of all Lenders, or (b) if the Commitments have been terminated, more than 50% of the aggregate outstanding amount of the Loans. Requisite Revolving Lenders means Lenders having (a) more than 50% of the Revolving Loan Commitments of all Lenders, or (b) if the Revolving Loan Commitments have been terminated, more than 50% of the aggregate outstanding amount of the Revolving Loan.

Related Transactions Documents means collectively, all agreements, instruments and documentation executed in connection with the BTITC Transaction, the FiberSouth Acquisition, and the Stock Purchase.
