Relative TSR Performance definition

Relative TSR Performance means the Company TSR for the Measurement Period relative to the TSR of the Index Companies for the same Measurement Period expressed as a percentile calculated by dividing the number of such Index Companies with a TSR less than the Company TSR by the total number of such Index Companies.
Relative TSR Performance means the Company TSR less the Index TSR, in each case for the applicable TSR Performance Period, expressed in basis points.
Relative TSR Performance means, for any Performance Period, the Company TSR for such Performance Period relative to the TSR of the Peer Group REITs, for the same Performance Period expressed as a percentile calculated by dividing the number of such Peer Group REITs with a TSR less than the Company TSR by the sum of the total number of such Peer Group REITs plus the Company.

Examples of Relative TSR Performance in a sentence

  • For purposes of Relative TSR Performance, the total shareholder return of the Company and the Comparison Companies will be calculated using data from Bloomberg or another comparable source.

  • If the Company’s Relative TSR Performance Rank is between the levels designated in the table below, then the Payout Percentage (shown in the table below) shall be adjusted based on linear interpolation between applicable percentages.

  • The Relative TSR Performance Factor for Relative TSR performance between the levels identified in the preceding sentence shall be determined by straight-line interpolation.

  • The Relative TSR Performance Factor shall be rounded to the second decimal.

More Definitions of Relative TSR Performance

Relative TSR Performance means the Company TSR less the Bloomberg Shopping Center REIT Index TSR, in each case for the applicable performance period, expressed in basis points.
Relative TSR Performance means, as of any given date, a percentage equal to the difference obtained by subtracting the Index Return Percentage from the Company TSR Percentage.
Relative TSR Performance means the Company TSR less the S&P 600 Real Estate Index TSR, in each case for the applicable performance period, expressed in basis points.
Relative TSR Performance means the cumulative average of the Company’s TSR Performance percentile rankings during each of four time periods, with the percentile ranking for each determined by comparison to the average of the TSR Performance of all members of the TSR Comparator Group during such time period. The four time periods are: (i) January 1, 2019 to March 31, 2021; (ii) January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021; (iii) January 1, 2019 to September 30, 2021; and (iv) January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021 (each, a "Measurement Period").
