Release Plan definition

Release Plan means the plan for the Release as agreed by the Parties;
Release Plan means the culmination of a multi-disciplinary review to assess and develop a comprehensive plan addressing an inmate's needs in the areas of:
Release Plan means the planned releases of water from the Dam approved by the DSFOE in accordance with this Manual and is used to issue Dam release directives to the Dam Supervisor. The Release Plan is discussed in more detail in Section 4.4and Appendix L;

Examples of Release Plan in a sentence

  • The following documents shall be inserted as Annexes to this Schedule as soon as they have been developed and agreed by the Parties: Annex 1: the initial Release Plan developed for this Release; Annex 2: the Stories which are to form the subject of this Release; Annex 3: the current Product Backlog; and Annex 4: High Level Objectives for the Release The Parties agree that the Key Personnel in respect of this Project are detailed in the table at paragraph 43.2 below.

  • The Data Release Plan is the Grantee's assurance that the dissemination of any and all data collected under the CDC data sharing agreement will be released in a timely manner, completely, and as accurately as possible, to facilitate the broader community, and developed in accordance with CDC policy on Releasing and Sharing Data.


More Definitions of Release Plan

Release Plan has the meaning given to it in clause 14.3;
Release Plan means a plan prepared under s 37 of the Sustainable Forests (Timber) Act 2004 (Vic), notice of which new or changed plan is required to be published under s 41 or s 43 of that legislation, and any reference to such a plan is to be taken as referring to the plan only to the extent it is over the Agreement Land; Traditional Owner Group has the same meaning as in s 3 of the Act; Traditional Owner Group Entity has the same meaning as in s 3 of the Act;
