In addition, the Collateral shall be subject to release in accordance with SECTION 12.09(C) of the Credit Agreement (such Collateral and the Collateral referred to in the immediately preceding sentence being the "Released Collateral").

At the request and sole expense of any Loan Party following any such release, the Collateral Agent shall deliver to such Loan Party any Released Collateral held by the Collateral Agent under the Collateral Agreements, and execute and deliver to such Loan Party such documents as such Loan Party shall reasonably request to evidence such release.
