Released Guarantor definition

Released Guarantor has the meaning specified in Section 11.09.

Examples of Released Guarantor in a sentence

• If a Released Guarantor issues a Guarantee under any of the Financings at any time subsequent to the date on which it is released from the Guarantee of the Notes as described above, it will be required to provide a guarantee as described in, and subject to the provisions of, Condition 3(b) above.

• TERMINATION 8.1 If, at any time, the Company has received a copy of a Further Principal Debt Release (as defined in the Guarantee) with respect to a Guarantor ("Released Guarantor") this deed shall, with effect from the Further Principal Debt Release Date (as defined in the Guarantee) terminate with respect to the Released Guarantor.
