Examples of Released Plaintiff Persons in a sentence
Upon the Effective Date, each of the Released Defendant Persons will release and forever discharge the Released Plaintiff Persons from the Released Claims.
Upon the Effective Date, MagnaChip, Plaintiffs, all Current MagnaChip Stockholders in their capacity as MagnaChip stockholders, on behalf of themselves and any other Person who could assert any of the Released Claims on their behalf, and all other Released Plaintiff Persons will release and forever discharge the Released Defendant Persons from the Released Claims.
Pending final determination of whether the Settlement should be approved, the Court (i) bars and enjoins Plaintiff and all other New Senior stockholders from commencing, instituting or prosecuting any of the Settled Plaintiff Claims against any of the Released Defendant Persons; and (ii) bars and enjoins Defendants and New Senior from commencing, instituting or prosecuting any of the Settled Defendant Claims against any of the Released Plaintiff Persons.
The Released Defendant Persons shall use all reasonable efforts to comply with any subpoenas pursuant to Rule 45 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure served upon them in the Ally and/or Related Actions by any of the Released Plaintiff Persons relating to claims as to the Non-Settling Defendants.
The Defendants, Former Defendants, GFI, and BGCP shall be deemed to have, and by operation of law and of the Judgment shall have, fully, finally and forever compromised, settled, released, resolved, relinquished, waived and discharged each and every Settled Defendant Claim (as defined below) against Plaintiffs and the other Released Plaintiff Persons (as defined below), and shall forever be enjoined from prosecuting any or all of the Settled Defendant Claims against any of the Released Plaintiff Persons.
