Released Plaintiff Persons means Plaintiff and any and all of her respective current and former employers, parent entities, controlling persons, owners, members, principals, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and each and all of their respective past or present officers, directors, managers, partners, stockholders, representatives, employees, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, consultants, accountants, investment bankers, commercial bankers, agents, heirs, executors, trustees, personal representatives, estates, administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, and reinsurers.
Released Plaintiff Persons means (i) Plaintiffs and all other Settlement Class Members, (ii) all past and present Affiliates of any Settlement Class Member, (iii) all past and present officers, directors, employees, members, limited or general partners, insurers, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, auditors, consultants, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of the persons and entities included in (i) or (ii).
Released Plaintiff Persons means each of (i) FHFA, solely in its capacity as Conservator of the GSEs; and (ii) the GSEs, along with each of the GSEs’ respective past and/or present principals, Affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, general partners, limited partners, and any Person in which the GSEs have a controlling interest, and each such Person’s past and/or present administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns, members, parents, subsidiaries, employees, principals, officers, managers, directors, partners, limited partners, investment bankers, representatives, estates, divisions, financial advisors, assigns, insurers, and reinsurers.

Examples of Released Plaintiff Persons in a sentence

  • Upon the Effective Date, each of the Released Defendant Persons will release and forever discharge the Released Plaintiff Persons from the Released Claims.

  • Upon the Effective Date, MagnaChip, Plaintiffs, all Current MagnaChip Stockholders in their capacity as MagnaChip stockholders, on behalf of themselves and any other Person who could assert any of the Released Claims on their behalf, and all other Released Plaintiff Persons will release and forever discharge the Released Defendant Persons from the Released Claims.

  • Pending final determination of whether the Settlement should be approved, the Court (i) bars and enjoins Plaintiff and all other New Senior stockholders from commencing, instituting or prosecuting any of the Settled Plaintiff Claims against any of the Released Defendant Persons; and (ii) bars and enjoins Defendants and New Senior from commencing, instituting or prosecuting any of the Settled Defendant Claims against any of the Released Plaintiff Persons.

  • The Released Defendant Persons shall use all reasonable efforts to comply with any subpoenas pursuant to Rule 45 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure served upon them in the Ally and/or Related Actions by any of the Released Plaintiff Persons relating to claims as to the Non-Settling Defendants.

  • The Defendants, Former Defendants, GFI, and BGCP shall be deemed to have, and by operation of law and of the Judgment shall have, fully, finally and forever compromised, settled, released, resolved, relinquished, waived and discharged each and every Settled Defendant Claim (as defined below) against Plaintiffs and the other Released Plaintiff Persons (as defined below), and shall forever be enjoined from prosecuting any or all of the Settled Defendant Claims against any of the Released Plaintiff Persons.


More Definitions of Released Plaintiff Persons

Released Plaintiff Persons means the Plaintiffs and Counsel for the Plaintiffs.
Released Plaintiff Persons means Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s Counsel, and each of their immediate family members, spouses, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, trustees, attorneys, personal or legal representatives, advisors, estates, assigns, and agents thereof.
Released Plaintiff Persons means each of: FHFA, solely in its capacity as Conservator of the GSEs; the GSEs; and each and all of the GSEs’ respective past and/or present principals, Affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, general partners, limited partners and any Person in which FHFA or the GSEs have or had a controlling interest, and each such Person’s past and/or present administrators, predecessors, successors, assigns, members, parents, subsidiaries, employees, principals, officers, managers, directors, partners, limited partners, investment bankers, representatives, estates, divisions, financial advisors, assigns, insurers and reinsurers. “Released Plaintiff Person” does not include any governmental entity or agency besides FHFA, solely in its capacity as Conservator of the GSEs.
Released Plaintiff Persons means (i) the Plaintiffs and all Settlement Class Members; and (ii) each of their Related Persons.
Released Plaintiff Persons means any and all Plaintiffs and all other Class Members and/or their respective controlling persons and/or their respective families, parent entities, associates, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and each and all of their respective past, present, or future officers, directors, stockholders, agents, representatives, employees, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, other advisors, consultants, accountants, investment bankers, commercial bankers, trustees, engineers, insurers, co-insurers and reinsurers, heirs, executors, trustees, general or limited partners or partnerships, limited liability companies, members, personal or legal representatives, estates, administrators, predecessors, successors, and assigns, whether or not any such person or entity was served or appeared in the Litigation.
Released Plaintiff Persons means Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, and their respective current and former officers, directors, agents, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, predecessors, assigns, assignees, partnerships, partners, trustees, trusts, employees, immediate family members, insurers, reinsurers, and attorneys, in their capacities as such.
Released Plaintiff Persons means, collectively, Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, each and every Settlement Class Member, any other counsel any Settlement Class Member retained or employed in this Action (including those prior to the consolidation of the individual cases) and each of their past and/or present employees, officers, partners, directors, managing directors, representatives, affiliates, agents, attorneys, insurers, reinsurers, principals, members, managers, families, stockholders, heirs, executors, trustees, personal representatives, estates, administrators, predecessors, divisions, successors and assigns in their capacities as such.
