Relevant Area definition

Relevant Area means the counties, parishes, districts, municipalities, cities, metropolitan regions, localities and similar geographic and political subdivisions, within and outside of the United States of America, in which the Employer, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has carried on Business in which the Participant has been involved or concerned or working on at any time during the period of twelve (12) months prior to the date on which the Participant ceases to be an employed by Employer
Relevant Area shall be defined for the purposes of this Agreement as any area located within, or within fifty (50) miles of, the legal boundaries or limits of any city within which the Company or any parent, subsidiary or affiliate thereof is providing Services, has commenced the acquisition of any authorizations, rights of way or facilities or has commenced the construction of facilities for the purpose of providing Services, or the Company has publicly announced or privately disclosed in writing to Employee that it plans to provide Services.
Relevant Area means: such country or countries in which the Participant has carried on Business on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in which the Participant has been involved or concerned or worked on other than in a minimal and non-material way at any time during the period of 12 months prior to the date on which the Participant ceases to be employed by Employer.
