Relevant Interest Rate definition

Relevant Interest Rate means RBS LIBOR or, in the case where a Transaction is to be, or has been, entered into under the Master Agreement and the Borrower has not made an election pursuant to Clause 4.4(b), TELERATE;
Relevant Interest Rate means such applicable interest rate as we may reasonably select from time to time which is appropriate to the currency of the outstanding amount or the Underlying Instruments (as applicable) as detailed on the daily statement.
Relevant Interest Rate means, the lesser of (1) 10% per annum and (2) the per annum weighted averaged of the preferred returns accrued by the investors in the Lender during the prior month, excluding the impacts of new amounts invested during a partial month, as determined by the Lender in good faith.

More Definitions of Relevant Interest Rate

Relevant Interest Rate means the Benchmark Interest Rate or such higher interest rate as the Lender and the Borrower agree upon from time to time;

If five London dealers provide quotations as requested, the Relevant Interest Rate will be calculated by eliminating the highest mid rate (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest mid rate (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest) and taking the arithmetic mean of the dealers' remaining quotations. If at least three, but fewer than five, London dealers provide mid rates, the Relevant Interest Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations. If fewer than three quotations are provided as requested, the Relevant Interest Rate shall be agreed between the Purchaser and the Vendor; Relevant Person has the meaning ascribed to it in clause 9.31(a); Relevant Time is defined in clause 5.1;
