Relevant IPR definition

Relevant IPR has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.3;

Relevant IPR means any and all rights in and to the Wicker Patents and the Xxxxxx IPR and all rights in know how, trade secrets and other Intellectual Property Rights associated with or relating to the actual or potential use of the Wicker Patents and/or the Xxxxxx IPR;

  • Foreground IPR means any and all Intellectual Property Rights generated individually by either of the Parties or by jointly both of the Parties in the execution of the Contract.
