Title to the Registered Notes shall pass by registration in the register that the Relevant Issuer shall procure to be kept by the Registrar in accordance with the provisions of the Agency Agreement (the “Register”).
The regulations may be changed by the Relevant Issuer, with the prior written approval of the Registrar and the Trustee.
