Relevant Jurisdictions definition

Relevant Jurisdictions means each of the Cayman Islands, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Libya, Iraq, Qatar, Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt and Syria;
Relevant Jurisdictions means, in relation to an Obligor:
Relevant Jurisdictions means all or any of Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales (as the context requires);

Examples of Relevant Jurisdictions in a sentence

  • All payments in respect of the Notes by or on behalf of the Issuer shall be made without withholding or deduction for, or on account of, any present or future taxes, duties, assessments or governmental charges of whatever nature (Taxes) imposed or levied by or on behalf of any of the Relevant Jurisdictions, unless the withholding or deduction of the Taxes is required by law.

  • None of the Agent, any Lender or any Holder is or will be deemed to be resident, domiciled or carrying on business in its Relevant Jurisdictions solely by reason of the execution, performance and/or enforcement of any Transaction Document.

More Definitions of Relevant Jurisdictions

Relevant Jurisdictions means, in relation to an Obligor:-
Relevant Jurisdictions means the Island of Jersey, the Bailiwick of Guernsey, the British Virgin Islands ("BVI") and the Cayman Islands; and "Relevant Jurisdiction" refers to the applicable jurisdiction in respect of the laws of which the Legal Services will be provided.
