Relevant Personal Data definition

Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.

Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller. It expressly does not include Personal Data of which we are not the Controller.

Relevant Personal Data means personal data that is processed by or on behalf of HM Treasury, an Eligible ISA Manager, or an Eligible Conveyancer, under, or for the purposes of, the Scheme Rules and/or the Help to Buy: ISA Scheme.

Examples of Relevant Personal Data in a sentence

• To the extent that in the course of providing Services, Cyberbit or its Service Providers (as a Processor) Processes Personal Data (the "Relevant Personal Data") on behalf of You (as a Controller) that is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), the following provisions of this Section 4.2 shall apply to that Processing in addition to Section 4.1. Any capitalized terms in this Section 4.2 not otherwise defined in the Agreement shall have the meaning set out in the GDPR.

• Each party shall at all times comply with all Data Protection Legislation in connection with the exercise and performance of its respective rights and obligations under this Grant Agreement and the Processing of the Relevant Personal Data.

• Each Party shall maintain complete, accurate and up to date written records of all of its Processing of the Relevant Personal Data and as necessary to demonstrate its compliance with this Schedule.

• As Customer’s Processor, Retool shall only Process Relevant Personal Data for the following purposes: (i) Processing in accordance with the Agreement and applicable Order Form(s); (ii) Processing initiated by Authorised Users in their use of the Services; and (iii) Processing to comply with the Instructions, and Retool shall immediately inform Customer if, in Retool’s opinion, Customer’s Instructions infringe Applicable EU Law.

• Customer may reasonably object to Retool’s use of a new Sub-processor (e.g., if making Relevant Personal Data available to the Sub-processor may violate Data Protection Laws or weaken the protections for such Relevant Personal Data) by notifying Retool promptly in writing within ten (10) business days after receipt of Retool’s notice in accordance with the mechanism set out in clause 3.2. Such notice shall explain the reasonable grounds for the objection.

More Definitions of Relevant Personal Data

Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data provided or made available to the Servicer for the purpose of providing the Services, performing its obligations or exercising its rights arising under or in connection with this Agreement; and

Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data that are processed by the Customer under, or in connection with, the Agreement entered into in accordance with these GToD.

Relevant Personal Data means personal data contained in a judicial decision or in other documents relating to the investigation or proceedings which are created by or on behalf of a court or other judicial authority.

Relevant Personal Data means personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Acts) delivered to the Contractor by or at the direction of Lilly, or collected by the Contractor, for the purposes of this Agreement;

Relevant Personal Data means the Personal Data and any Special Categories of Personal Data described at Clause 12 to be shared by the Intermediary with the Company.
