Relevant Premises definition

Relevant Premises means any office premises occupied by the Appointee in relation to the Appointed Business and to which members of the public have access;

Relevant Premises means premises at which a protected person resides or is staying or which a protected person uses for the purpose of carrying out his functions as such a person; and

Relevant Premises means premises in respect of which one or more of the following have effect-

• The SPD will give the Railways a schedule and reasonable written notice before any entry onto the Relevant Premises by the SPD’s employees, agents or contractors.
