The Loans constituting each Term Benchmark Borrowing shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Relevant Rate applicable to such Borrowing for the related Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin.
If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any requested LIBO Rate Borrowing or Relevant Rate Borrowing, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

Each Xxxxxx agrees to notify the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in writing promptly upon becoming aware that it is no longer illegal for such Lender to determine or charge interest rates based upon the Relevant Rate.
