Such materials shall be available in languages as required by Federal and State law and receive any necessary regulatory approvals from the relevant State Regulators, be provided to Covered California as directed by Covered California, and shall include information brochures, a summary of the Plan that accurately reflects the coverage available under the Plan (a Summary of Benefits and Coverage), and related communication materials.
A foreign citizen or foreign company is only allowed to bid for the Property subject to the prevailing legal requirements, guidelines and/or existing policies and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen or foreign company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own costs the unconditional consent of the Foreign Investment Committee (if any) and/or relevant State Authorities to the said sale in accordance with the terms stated below.

If state or federal laws are enacted after the execution of this Agreement that are applicable to and preclude the Parties’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be modified or revoked as necessary to comply with the relevant State or federal laws, pursuant to Section 163.3241, Florida Statutes, as may be amended from time to time.
