relevant statutory provisions means existing enactments and this Act and any instrument made under this Act for the time being in force;
relevant statutory provisions means this Act and regulations made under this Act, including regulations made under section 30(8);
relevant statutory provisions means the provisions of Part 6 of the Transport Act 1968 and of any orders or regulations made under powers contained in that Part; and
