Relevant Transfer definition

Relevant Transfer means a transfer of employment to which the Employment Regulations applies;
Relevant Transfer means a relevant transfer for the purposes of the TUPE Regulations.
Relevant Transfer has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of TUPE.
