Remaining Employment Period definition

Remaining Employment Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(A)(ii).
Remaining Employment Period means the period of time commencing on the date of any such termination of employment (the “Termination Date”) and ending on the earlier (i) of the last day of the Employment Period and twenty four (24) months after the Termination Date.
Remaining Employment Period means the Post-Employment Period (as defined below).

Examples of Remaining Employment Period in a sentence

  • With respect to the provision of Other Benefits, the term Other Benefits as utilized in this Section 8(c) shall include, without limitation, and Executive shall be entitled after the Date of Termination to receive, (1) all disability benefits under all Welfare Benefit Plans relating to disability, and (2) for the remainder of the Remaining Employment Period all benefits available to Executive under all Welfare Benefit Plans.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “Restricted Period” shall mean the Employment Period, the Remaining Employment Period (as defined in Section 8(a)(i)(B) above), and, in the event of a Termination for Cause, the remainder of the Employment Period that would have existed had the Executive not been Terminated for Cause.

  • With respect to the provision of Other Benefits, the term Other Benefits as used in this Section 7(c) shall include, without limitation, and Executive shall be entitled after the Date of Termination to receive, (1) all disability benefits under all Welfare Benefit Plans relating to disability, in accordance with the terms of the Welfare Benefit Plans, and (2) for the remainder of the Remaining Employment Period all other benefits available to Executive under all Welfare Benefit Plans.

  • If the terms of the applicable Welfare Benefit Plan do not permit the Executive to receive continued coverage under any life or disability insurance policy for the Remaining Employment Period, then prior to the date coverage would lapse, to the extent permitted by any such policy, Employer shall assign any such policy to Executive or allow him to convert the policy to an individual policy and allow Executive to assume the payment responsibilities therefor.

  • With respect to the provision of Other Benefits, the term Other Benefits as utilized in this Section 8(c) shall include, without limitation, and Executive shall be entitled after the Date of Termination to receive, (1) all disability benefits under all Welfare Benefit Plans relating to disability, (2) the COBRA Reimbursement provided for in Section 8(a)(ii), and (3) for the remainder of the Remaining Employment Period, the payments provided in Section 8(a)(iii) hereof.

  • If a Change in Control has occurred within one year of the date of termination, the Executive shall reimburse to the Company the cash payments or benefits provided by the Company to him pursuant to Sections 9(b)(iii) through 9(b)(vii) and 9(c), up to the amount of earned income which he earns from providing services during the Remaining Employment Period.

  • CPI acknowledges that Employee may seek to obtain an employment position or consulting assignment with another entity during the Remaining Employment Period; provided, no such assignment may interfere with Employee's performance of services pursuant to the preceding sentence; provided, further, that prior to accepting any paid employment or consulting work, Employee must seek the consent of CPI (which may be withheld by CPI in its sole and absolute discretion).

  • At that time, Employee may elect to participate in CPI's dental program (subject to the terms and conditions thereof) through COBRA, and CPI shall pay the employer portion of dental insurance premiums through the Remaining Employment Period (Employee shall be responsible for any remaining portion of premiums).

  • At that time, Employee may elect to participate in CPI's retiree medical program (subject to the terms and conditions thereof) and CPI shall pay the employer portion of health insurance premiums through the Remaining Employment Period (Employee shall be responsible for any remaining portion of premiums).

Related to Remaining Employment Period

  • Post-Employment Period means the eighteen month period beginning on the date of termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer. If any covenant in this Section 8.2 is held to be unreasonable, arbitrary or against public policy, such covenant shall be considered to be divisible with respect to scope, time, and geographic area, and such lesser scope, time, or geographic area, or all of them as a court of competent jurisdiction may determine to be reasonable, not arbitrary, and not against public policy, shall be effective, binding, and enforceable against the Executive. The period of time applicable to any covenant in this Section 8.2 will be extended by the duration of any violation by the Executive of such covenant. The Executive shall, while the covenant under this Section 8.2 is in effect, give notice to the Employer, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identify of the Executive's employer. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.

  • Employment Termination Date means, with respect to a Participant, the first day upon which the Participant no longer has an employment or service relationship with the Company or any Related Company.

  • Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Severance Date means the date on which an Executive incurs a Severance, which shall be the date of termination as determined under Section 5.2.

  • Year of Employment means a period of service of 12 months.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Date of Employment means: (i) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 1st and 15th days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of that calendar month; or (ii) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 16th and last days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of the following calendar month.

  • Ongoing employee means an employee who has been employed for at least one complete standard measurement period.

  • Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

  • Post-Termination Period means a period of 12 months (subject to extension as set forth in Section 8(f)) following the effective date of the termination of Executive’s employment.

  • Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.

  • Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.

  • Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.

  • Compensation Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.12(c)(ii).

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.

  • Severance Term means the twenty-four (24) month period following Executive’s termination by the Company without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Executive for Good Reason.

  • Supported employment means the ongoing supports to participants who, because of their disabilities, need intensive ongoing support to obtain and maintain an individual job in competitive or customized employment, or self-employment, in an integrated work setting in the general workforce at or above the state’s minimum wage or at or above the customary wage and level of benefits paid by the employer for the same or similar work performed by individuals without disabilities. The outcome of this service is sustained paid employment at or above the minimum wage in an integrated setting in the general workforce in a job that meets personal and career goals. Supported employment services can be provided through many different service models.

  • employment zone means an area within Great Britain designated for the purposes of section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and an “employment zone programme” means a programme established for such an area or areas designed to assist claimants for a jobseeker’s allowance to obtain sustainable employment;

  • Term of Employment means the period specified in Section 2 below.

  • Disability Retirement Date means the first day of the month following the last day of paid employment;

  • Date of Termination means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

  • Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).
