Remaining Employment Period definition

Remaining Employment Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(A)(ii).
Remaining Employment Period means the period of time commencing on the date of any such termination of employment (the “Termination Date”) and ending on the earlier (i) of the last day of the Employment Period and twenty four (24) months after the Termination Date. ​
Remaining Employment Period means the Post-Employment Period (as defined below).

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “Restricted Period” shall mean the Employment Period, the Remaining Employment Period (as defined in Section 8(a)(i)(B) above), and, in the event of a Termination for Cause, the remainder of the Employment Period that would have existed had the Executive not been Terminated for Cause.

  • With respect to the provision of Other Benefits, the term Other Benefits as used in this Section 7(c) shall include, without limitation, and Executive shall be entitled after the Date of Termination to receive, (1) all disability benefits under all Welfare Benefit Plans relating to disability, in accordance with the terms of the Welfare Benefit Plans, and (2) for the remainder of the Remaining Employment Period all other benefits available to Executive under all Welfare Benefit Plans.

  • At that time, Employee may elect to participate in CPI's retiree medical program (subject to the terms and conditions thereof) and CPI shall pay the employer portion of health insurance premiums through the Remaining Employment Period (Employee shall be responsible for any remaining portion of premiums).

  • Post-Employment Period is defined in Section 8.2.

  • Employment Termination Date means the date of termination of your employment with the Company or a Subsidiary, as applicable.

  • employment zone means an area within Great Britain designated for the purposes of section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and an “employment zone programme” means a programme established for such an area or areas designed to assist claimants for a jobseeker’s allowance to obtain sustainable employment;

  • Term of Employment means the period specified in Section 2.

  • Disability Retirement Date means the first day of the month following the last day of paid employment;
