Remaining Stockholders definition

Remaining Stockholders means the holders of shares of the Company’s issued and outstanding capital stock, whether Common Stock, Preferred Stock or other class of the Company’s capital stock which may hereafter be authorized, other than the Transferee Stockholder.
Remaining Stockholders has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

More Definitions of Remaining Stockholders

Remaining Stockholders means all of the Stockholders ---------------------- except the Management Stockholders and the Stockholder(s) that initiated the Auction Sale Procedure.
