Remarketing Procedures definition

Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.
Remarketing Procedures means, collectively, the procedures and requirements relating to the Remarketing and the determination of the Reset Rate as set forth in the Indenture, this Agreement, the Pledge Agreement and the Remarketing Agreement.
Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of this Statement of Preferences.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Section 10, no such resignation nor any such removal shall become effective until the Company shall have appointed at least one nationally recognized broker-dealer as successor Remarketing Agent and such successor Remarketing Agent shall have entered into a remarketing agreement with the Company, in which it shall have agreed to conduct the Remarketing in accordance with the Remarketing Procedures.

  • Upon receipt of such notice from the Purchase Contract Agent and the Collateral Agent and such Remarketing Senior Notes from the Collateral Agent, the Remarketing Agent, pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement, will, use its commercially reasonable efforts to remarket such Remarketing Senior Notes on such date pursuant to the Remarketing Procedures and the Remarketing Agreement.

  • If a new Fixed Rate for a new Fixed Rate Period is not set, for any reason, including after the expiration of the Initial Fixed Rate Period, in accordance with the terms of this Trust Agreement, a Floating Rate Period and the Floating Rate reset quarterly shall be in effect if and until the Company and the Administrative Trustees remarket the Preferred Securities and set a new Fixed Rate for a new Fixed Rate Period in accordance with Section 4.02 and the Remarketing Procedures.


More Definitions of Remarketing Procedures

Remarketing Procedures means those procedures set forth in Article X.
Remarketing Procedures means the procedures in connection with the Remarketing of the Preferred Stock described in the Certificate of Designations; and the term "Remarketing" means the remarketing of the Remarketed Preferred Stock pursuant to the Remarketing Procedures.
