REMIC Certificates. The Class 1-A-1, Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-2, Class 2-A-3, Class 3-A-1, Class 3-A-2, Class 3-A-3, Class 4-A-1 and Class 4-A-2 Certificates, or the Certificates of each such Class, as the context may require, issued by the Underlying Trust in uncertificated form.
