REMIC Certificates definition

REMIC Certificates. Each Class of Certificates issued by REMIC I-3 pursuant to Section 2.03 and the Class R Certificates.

REMIC Certificates. The Class 1-A-1, Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-2, Class 2-A-3, Class 3-A-1, Class 3-A-2, Class 3-A-3, Class 4-A-1 and Class 4-A-2 Certificates, or the Certificates of each such Class, as the context may require, issued by the Underlying Trust in uncertificated form.

REMIC Certificates. Each of the following Classes of Certificates issued under the Underlying Trust Agreement in uncertificated form: the Class 1-A4, Class 1-A5, Class 1-A6, Class 2-A1, Class 2-A2, Class 2-A3, Class 2-A4, Class 2-A5, Class 2-1A6, Class 2-A7, Class 4-A1, Class 4-A2, Class 4-A3, Class 4-A4, Class 5-A1, Class 5-A2, Class 5-A3, Class 5-A4, Class 5-A5, Class 6-A1, Class 6-A2, Class 6-A3, Class AX2 and Class AP2 Certificates.

Examples of REMIC Certificates in a sentence

• The Trust Agreement also permits the amendment thereof, in certain limited circumstances, without the consent of the Holders of any of the REMIC Certificates.

• The Trust Agreement permits, with certain exceptions therein provided, the amendment thereof and the modification of the rights and obligations of Xxxxxx Xxx and the rights of the REMIC Certificateholders under the Trust Agreement at any time by Xxxxxx Mae with the consent of the Holders of REMIC Certificates of each Class having Certificate Balances aggregating not less than 66% of the Class Balance of such Class.

More Definitions of REMIC Certificates

REMIC Certificates means the SRC Commercial Mortgage Trust 2003-1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates in the aggregate face amount of $1,312,416,000 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, replaced or refinanced, in any case in a manner not materially adverse to the Lenders).

REMIC Certificates. All Certificates evidencing beneficial ownership interests in the Trust Fund.

REMIC Certificates. Each of the following Classes of Certificates issued under the Underlying Trust Agreement in uncertificated form: the Class 1-A3 and Class 1-A4 Certificates.
