Examples of Removal Notice Date in a sentence
On or before the fifth Business Day (the "Removal Notice Date") prior to the date on which the designated Removed Accounts will be reassigned by the Trustee to the Transferor (the "Removal Date"), the Transferor shall give the Trustee and the Servicer written notice that the Receivables from such Removed Accounts are to be reassigned to the Transferor.
Subject to subparagraph (c) below, such removal shall take effect on the later of (i) the sixtieth (60th) day after the Removal Notice Date and (ii) the Company's appointment of a successor depositary and such successor depositary's acceptance of its appointment as provided in Section 12(d) below.
Attached as Schedule I hereto is a computer file or microfiche list containing a true and complete schedule identifying all Accounts the Receivables of which are being removed from the Trust, specifying for each such Account, as of the Removal Notice Date, its account number, the aggregate amount outstanding in such Account and the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in such Account, which computer file or microfiche list shall supplement Schedule 1 to the Agreement.
The list of Removed Accounts delivered pursuant to subsection 2.10(a)(ii) of the Agreement, as of the Removal Notice Date, is true and complete in all material respects.
The Bank shall deliver to the Trustee, not later than five Business Days after the Removal Date, a computer file or microfiche list containing a true and complete list of each VISA® and MasterCard® account which as of the Removal Date shall be deemed to be a Removed Account, such accounts being identified by account number and by the aggregate amount of Receivables in such accounts as of the close of business on the Removal Notice Date.
