Remuneration Policy definition

Remuneration Policy means a policy regarding the terms of tenure and employment of Officers of the Company.
Remuneration Policy or “this Policy” means this Policy for remuneration of Directors, KMP and employees of the Company as set out hereby, recommended by the Committee and approved by Board of KPTL, as amended from time to time.
Remuneration Policy means the Company’s Directors’ Remuneration Policy as last approved by shareholders;
