Renewal Fees definition

Renewal Fees means the fees charged by DI to Customer to renew Maintenance and Support Services as part of the renewing Subscription Services for an additional set term.
Renewal Fees means the fees charged by the Bank for issuance of a new Card following expiry of a previously issued Card;
Renewal Fees means the fees set out in S13.4 and S14.5 for the renewal of the usage.

The Services selected shall be more particularly described in the Order; Set Up Fees means the sum set out in the Order and described as a Set Up Fee; Support means the support and maintenance of the OnDemand Service as more particularly described in Schedule 1; Term means the Initial Term together with any Renewal Term; User Account means the profile stored within the OnDemand Service for a User; Users mean Admin Users, Authors and Participants.
