The “Term” shall be defined as the Initial Term and all Renewal Terms, if any.
The agreement will remain in force for the Initial Term, and it will be tacitly and automatically renewed for consecutive Renewal Terms, unless either Party elects to terminate the underlying Order Form by giving the respective other Party written notice at least ninety (90) days prior to the then current end date.
