RENT ADJUSTMENT. Any amounts owed by Tenant for payment of Operating Expenses. The Rent Adjustments shall be determined and paid as provided in Article Four.

RENT ADJUSTMENT with respect to any property leased by the Borrower or any of its Domestic Subsidiaries where any Inventory is located which may become subject to Liens in favor of the landlord thereof arising by operation of law, an amount equal to six months' rent at such premises.
