Rent Payment Date definition

Rent Payment Date means each date on which an installment of rent is due and payable pursuant to Section 5(a) hereof.

Rent Payment Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month.

Rent Payment Date means the day of each calendar month following the Delivery Date which corresponds to the Delivery Date (or, if any such month does not have such a corresponding day then the last day of such month) during the Term.

Examples of Rent Payment Date in a sentence

• All rent accrued during any calendar month shall be payable in arrears on the Rent Payment Date in the immediately succeeding calendar month without further demand or invoice.

• On any Termination Date where Lessee is required to make payments pursuant to the preceding sentence, Lessee shall pay as additional Basic Rent (or Lessor shall pay as a refund of Basic Rent) an amount equal to the Basic Rent Adjustment (or the absolute value of the negative Basic Rent Adjustment) set forth on Schedule 4-B to the Participation Agreement for the relevant Rent Payment Date.

• In any case where a scheduled Rent Payment Date shall not be a Business Day such Rent Payment Date shall be adjourned to the next succeeding Business Day without interest thereon for the period of such extension (provided that payment is made on such next succeeding Business Day).

• Subject to clause 2.2, the Tenant shall pay the Rent, without any deduction, by equal monthly payments in advance on each Rent Payment Date, and proportionately for any period of less than a month into the Landlord's Account.

• The first payment of Rent (being a proportionate sum if necessary), in respect of the period from and including the Commencement Date, to and including the day before the next Rent Payment Date, is to be paid within 10 Business Days of the Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Rent Payment Date

Rent Payment Date means each January 2 and July 2, commencing January 2, 2001, to and including July 2, 2036 and July 20, 2036.

Rent Payment Date with respect to the Facility Lease, shall mean, January 18, 2002, each May 30 and November 30 occurring thereafter (through and including May 30, 2031) and October 18, 2031.
