Except as reflected on such Rent Roll or on Schedule 4.20 no tenant under any Lease is entitled to any free rent, partial rent, rebate of rent payments, credit, offset or deduction in rent, including, without limitation, lease support payments, lease buy-outs or abatements or credits.
The Leases reflected on such Rent Roll constitute as of the date thereof the sole agreements relating to leasing or licensing of space at such Unencumbered Property and in the Building relating thereto.
An accurate and complete Rent Roll with respect to all Leases of any portion of each Unencumbered Property has been provided (or, will be provided when required under Section 5.1(e)) to the Administrative Agent (except with respect to each Unencumbered Property that is leased to a single tenant under a triple-net lease, the lease has been provided to Agent in lieu of a Rent Roll).
There are no License and Access Agreements other than as set forth in Schedule 14 attached hereto or as otherwise set forth on the Rent Roll.
No rent has been paid in advance by any tenant except, as of the Effective Date, as set forth on the Rent Roll and, as of the Closing Date, as set forth on the Updated Rent Roll.
