Rent Roll definition

Rent Roll shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18 hereof.

Examples of Rent Roll in a sentence

  • Except as reflected on such Rent Roll or on Schedule 4.20 no tenant under any Lease is entitled to any free rent, partial rent, rebate of rent payments, credit, offset or deduction in rent, including, without limitation, lease support payments, lease buy-outs or abatements or credits.

  • The Leases reflected on such Rent Roll constitute as of the date thereof the sole agreements relating to leasing or licensing of space at such Unencumbered Property and in the Building relating thereto.

More Definitions of Rent Roll

Rent Roll means a report prepared by the Borrower showing for each Unencumbered Property owned or leased by the Borrower or an Eligible Subsidiary, its occupancy, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to the Lenders prior to the date hereof or in such other form as may have been approved by the Agent.
Rent Roll means, with respect to any Multifamily Residential Property, a rent roll prepared and certified by the owner of the Multifamily Residential Property, on Xxxxxx Xxx Form 4243, as set forth in Exhibit III-3 of the DUS Guide, or on another form approved by the Lender and containing substantially the same information as Form 4243 requires.
Rent Roll shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.7.
Rent Roll has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Rent Roll means the list of Leases attached hereto as Exhibit , identifying with particularity the space leased by each tenant, the term (including extension options), square footage and applicable rent, common area maintenance, tax and other reimbursements, security deposits and similar data.
Rent Roll has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.2(a).
Rent Roll means the Rent Roll which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B-2”.
