Rental Area definition

Rental Area means the area associated with the Premises rented by the Renter from the Municipality.

Rental Area means each Lot that a Rental Unit occupies.

The Rentable Area in the Premises has been calculated on the basis of the foregoing definition and be hereby stipulated for all purposes hereof to be 4145 square feet, which includes Tenant's occupied space plus Tenant's portion of Common Areas.
