Rental Car definition

Rental Car means a private passenger vehicle (including mini-vans and sport utility vehicles) rented from a rental car agency and being used solely for transportation on public roads.
Rental Car means a passenger car used solely by a rental car business for rental to others without a driver provided by the rental car business.
Rental Car or “Motor Vehicles” shall mean motor vehicles designed primarily for the carriage of passengers and commonly classified as sedans, coupes, convertibles, station wagons, four-wheel drive vehicles, passenger vans, sport utility vehicles, and pick-up trucks rated one-ton or less. Concessionaire shall not park, store or rent from Premises any vehicles except Motor Vehicles as defined herein that it owns or rents and are properly available for rental as provided herein. Employee parking shall only be allowed in those areas designated by the Airport.

  • Section 4, Meals & Incidental Expenses, and Section 2.b., Rental Car, shall apply to this section.

  • At the commencement time of the rental period the Lessor shall hand over to the Lessee the Rental Car together with all documents and necessary accessories thereof.

Rental Car means any motor vehicle that is intended to be rented or leased for a period of less than thirty consecutive days by a driver who is not required to possess a commercial driver's license to operate the motor vehicle and the motor vehicle is either of the following:
Rental Car means a four-wheel private passenger motor vehicle designed for travel on public roads and rented from a licensed rental company for no more than forty-eight (48) consecutive days. It does not include trucks, trailers, campers, recreational vehicles or motor vehicles propelling or towing a trailer or any other object, off-road vehicles (meaning any vehicle used on roads that are not publicly maintained), vans, or mini vans that are manufactured to seat more than eight (8) occupants (including the driver) or when the vehicle is used to carry, haul or transport any type of cargo or property or passengers for hire. SPOUSE means either a person to whom the Account Holder is lawfully married, or the common-law spouse of an Account Holder. Common-law spouse shall mean a person (of the same or opposite sex) who has been living with the Account Holder continuously for at least one year and is publicly represented as the Account Holder’s partner.
Rental Car means any motor vehicle that is intended to be rented or leased for a period of thirty consecutive days or less by a driver who is not required to possess a commercial driver's license to operate the motor vehicle and the motor vehicle is either of the following: (a) A private passenger motor vehicle, including a passenger van, recreational vehicle, minivan, or sports [sport] utility vehicle; or (b) A cargo vehicle, including a cargo van, pickup truck, or truck with a gross vehicle weight of less than twenty-six thousand pounds.
Rental Car means a land motor vehicle with four wheels, that is designed for use mainly on public roads and which You have rented from a commercial rental agency for Your personal use for the period of time shown on the Rental Car Agreement.
