Rental Center definition

Rental Center means Rental Center, its owners, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and“Customer” shall mean Customer, its agents and/or employees. Rental Center means rental center, its owners, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and “Customer” shall mean customer, its agents and/or employees. In consideration of hiring of the rental items/equipment (herein “the rental item or items”) described on the front of this rental agreement it is agreed as follows: All rentals are cash in advance, unless otherwise agreed. A charge will be added for items requiring cleaning upon return. I understand that I will be charged for time until rented property is returned to store and return is verified by validation of a copy of this contract. I have personally inspected the property listed above and acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions listed on both sides of this contract. La Piñata Party Rental, Inc. agrees to be bound by the conditions and terms of this agreement. La Piñata Party Rentals will not be held responsible for any damages due to the placement of rental equipment on hardwood surfaces.

Examples of Rental Center in a sentence

  • Rental Center makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular use or purpose, either express or implied.

  • If the rental items become unsafe or in disrepair for any reason, Customer agrees to discontinue its use and to notify Rental Center.

  • Rental Center not responsible for damage to above or below ground obstacles.

  • Rental Center is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by delays or otherwise, and Customer hereby waives any right or entitlement thereto.

  • Rental Center will repair or replace the items with similar items in good working order if available, and if the defect is the result of normal use.

  • Customer further acknowledges Customer responsibility to inspect the rental items prior to its use and to notify Rental Center of any defects.

  • Rental Center shall have the right to display notice of its ownership of the rental items by display of an identifying stencil, plate or other marking, and Customer agrees that it will not remove or cover such markings without the written permission of Rental Center.

  • Rental Center shall not be responsible to customer or any third party for any loss, damage or injury resulting from, or in any way attributable to the operation of, use of, or any failure of the rental items.

  • The rental items shall not be removed from the place of delivery or installation without the expressed written permission of Rental Center.

  • Rental Center is not the manufacturer of the rented property nor the agent of the manufacturer, and no warranty against patent or latent defects in material workmanship or capacity is given, and Customer expressly waives all such warranties of fitness which may be accorded by law or otherwise.
