Rental Charge definition

Rental Charge means the total value received by a rental motor vehicle concern for

  • If the Lessee fails to pay any Rental Charge and or Water Usage Charge in accordance with terms set out herein, or causes any loss or damage to the Equipment (in whole or in part), the Lessor shall be entitled to apply the Deposit against such default, loss or damage.

Rental Charge means the total rental charge payable in respect of the Booking.
