Rental Vehicle means the “auto” rented or leased by the “renter” from the “policyholder” and described in the “rental agreement.”
Rent Expense means, for any Person for any period of determination, such Person’s operating lease expense computed in accordance with GAAP, including, without limitation, all contingent rentals, but excluding all common area maintenance expenses.
Rental Expense means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amount of rental payments made by the Company and its Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis) for such period with respect to operating leases.
Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period, on a consolidated basis for the Company and its Subsidiaries, the aggregate amount of fixed and contingent rentals payable in cash by the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to leases of real and personal property (excluding capital lease obligations) determined in accordance with GAAP for such period (subject to Section 1.04(b)).
Operating Lease Expense means the sum of all payments and expenses incurred by a Person, under any operating leases during the period of determination, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Rent Expense means, for any period, the rental expense attributable to leases of real property that is deducted in determining Adjusted Consolidated Net Income for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP. Consolidated Rent Expense shall be determined on a pro forma basis to give effect to any Material Specified Transaction occurring during such period as if such transactions had occurred on the first day of such period.
Lease Expense means, with respect to any Person, for any period for such Person and its subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, lease and rental expense accrued during such period under all leases and rental agreements, other than Capital Leases and leases of personal property, determined in conformity with GAAP.
Operating Expense means salaries, wages, cost of maintenance and operation, materials, supplies, insurance and all other items normally included under recognized accounting practices, but does not include allowances for depreciation in the value of physical property.
Consolidated Lease Expense means, for any period, the aggregate amount of fixed and contingent rentals payable by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with respect to leases of real and personal property (excluding Capital Lease Obligations) determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP for such period.
Developed exclusively at private expense means development was accomplished entirely with costs charged to indirect cost pools, costs not allocated to a government contract, or any combination thereof.
Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.
Rental Period means the calendar period during which Government property is made available for nongovernmental purposes.
Eligible Expense means the lesser of the reasonable, customary, usual, fair market value charge for a covered service or the provider's actual charge.
Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
Consolidated Depreciation Expense means, for any period, the depreciation expense of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Tax Expense means, for any period, the tax expense (including federal, state, provincial, local, foreign, franchise, excise and foreign withholding taxes) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, including any penalties and interest relating to any tax examinations for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Custom vehicle means a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle that:
Covered Expense means expense incurred only for the following:
Rental means the Supplier’s charging rate for the hire of the Hire Goods which is current from time to time during the Hire Period;
Approved Operating Expenses means Operating Expenses incurred by Borrower which (i) are included in the Approved Annual Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Property, (iii) if applicable, are for property management fees payable to Manager under the Management Agreement, such amounts not to exceed three percent (3.0)% of the monthly Gross Revenue, (iv) or (v) have otherwise been approved by Lender.
Operating Lease Obligations means all obligations for the payment of rent for any real or personal property under leases or agreements to lease, other than Capitalized Lease Obligations.
Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;
Consolidated Depreciation and Amortization Expense means, with respect to any Person for any period, the total amount of depreciation and amortization expense, including the amortization of deferred financing fees or costs, capitalized expenditures, customer acquisition costs and incentive payments, conversion costs and contract acquisition costs, the amortization of original issue discount resulting from the issuance of Indebtedness at less than par and amortization of favorable or unfavorable lease assets or liabilities, of such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period on a consolidated basis and otherwise determined in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate amount of expenditures for additions to property, plant, and equipment that are not Consolidated Expansion Capital Expenditures.
Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that can run part-time on two different fuels and is designed to run on only one fuel at a time;
Rebuilt vehicle means any salvage vehicle which has been rebuilt and inspected for the purpose of registration and title;
