Examples of REO Proceeds in a sentence
Subject to Section 3.07, in the event that Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and REO Proceeds in respect of a Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition exceed the unpaid Loan Balance of such Home Equity Loan plus unpaid interest accrued thereon (including REO Imputed Interest) at the related Net Loan Rate, the Master Servicer shall be entitled to retain therefrom and to pay to itself and/or the related Subservicer, any Foreclosure Profits.
As to any REO Property, a determination by the Servicer that it has received all Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds, REO Proceeds and other payments and recoveries (including proceeds of a final sale) which the Servicer expects to be finally recoverable from the sale or other disposition of the REO Property.
REO Proceeds: Proceeds, net of expenses, received in respect of any REO Property.
The Master Servicer shall be entitled, at its election, either (a) to pay itself the Servicing Fee out of any Mortgagor payment on account of interest or Net REO Proceeds prior to the deposit of such payment in the Collection Account or (b) to withdraw from the Collection Account such Servicing Fee pursuant to Section 5.04.
Liquidation Expenses shall not include any previously incurred expenses in respect of an REO Mortgage Loan which have been netted against related REO Proceeds.
